Construction quality
On each construction project, Beodom works with proven products and solutions. Construction quality starts by choosing the right materials and by establish long lasting collaboration with the right companies. We present here a selection of important solutions we chose to make better constructions.
Monolithic wall system (POROTHERM/KLIMABLOC)
In a monolithic wall system, construction blocks, made of clay, fulfill both static and thermal insulation function. Blocks provide sturdiness, excellent thermal insulation, healthy indoor climate and very good thermal inertia.

For external walls, Beodom uses the block 38 which makes wall 38cm thick. Beodom used Wienerberger POROTHERM and now use Zorka Opeka KLIMABLOC.

Roofing system with Decra-Octava
Beodom uses Decra-Octava stone coated steel tiles for the roof of its constructions. Decra-Octava, manufactured in Denmark by Icopal, are extremely resistant and durable.

Decra-Octava tiles have a core of zinc aluminium galvanised steel, protected with a multi-layered coating system. The surface is covered with a stone granular coating which provide protection and natural color. The tiles are dryfixed on the roof. They are guaranted for 30 years.

Roof underlay with Icopal Monarperm 500
For the roof underlay we use a breathable polypropylene layer from Icopal, Monarperm 500, which reduces wind load and provides a secondary water-shedding layer against the wind-driven rain or snow.

Waterproofing with Index membranes
Beodom builds with Index waterproofing membranes from Italy. Index membranes are vastly superior in quality than the typical bitumen membrane used in Serbia. Index proposes very sturdy, reinforced, SBS membranes for foundations together with complete solution for waterproofing of flat roofs.
