Announcing Basilio, the next project from Kuće Beodom

Basilio is going to be our next project. It will be a residential building, with 3 floors, for a total gross surface above ground of 2.800m². Basilio's land is around 2.350m², located on Cvetanova Ćuprija in Medaković III. Of course, construction quality will match the level we set with Amadeo, particularly regarding energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy.

At this moment, we are at the stage of marking the plot with geometers in order to start the architectural planning. Our partner, studiodosi from Ravenna in Italy, will be charge of doing the architectural project.

Localization

Basilio is located on Cvetanova Ćuprija street, less than 1km away from Medaković III market center. Bus line 20 is passing directly on the street. It is in the same very nice area as Amadeo.
