Technical Reports

Architectural and static description, installation report.

Beodom provides all technical reports needed for the legalization process of individual houses:

• architectural description of the object with all surfaces
• description of the state and usability of the object
• static description of construction
• state of installations
• state of infrastructure network
• description of an outside arrangement

We also provide the geodetic snapshot and photographs that go together with the technical report.

Note

As of 4th of March 2010, the city of Belgrade, has published a clear guideline about the legalization process on its official website (only in Serbian). This guideline compiles laws and bylaws applicable to the legalization process in one synthesis document. Based on this document, Beodom is now able to perform the technical reports.

Legalization of individual houses

In the New Law on Planning and Construction (11/09/2009) and in the accompanying bylaw, technical reports done for private houses with one apartment are different from those needed for buildings with several apartments.

For private houses with one single apartment (one electric and water connection) technical reports are the ones listed above. For buildings with more than one apartment, it has to be done with a court certified expert.
