Amadeo II (construction in progress)
Second phase of the Amadeo project, Amadeo II offers 12 apartments from studios to 3-bedrooms. It replicates the same quality and energy saving as Amadeo. Floor heating and cooling with geothermal energy, natural ventilation, healthy and outstanding thermal insulation.
Basilio (planning in progress)
Basilio is the next Kuće Beodom project. It is located in Medaković III on Cvetanova Cuprija. Gross surface will be around 2.800m². We are planing the same outstanding quality as Amadeo. Basilio will be energy efficient and use renewable energy. Architectural planing is just about to start.
Completed projects
Amadeo (1st low-energy residential building in Belgrade)
First residential low-energy building in Belgrade, Amadeo offers 11 apartments in a beautiful realization, with a level of quality never seen in Belgrade before. Amadeo combines energy efficiency and rewenable energy with a geothermal heating system. Construction started in June 2008 and is now completed.
